Beef Week 2009
showcases CQ TAFE programs.
Marketing and Communications Unit Project Officer Eamon Coll said the Beef Week Expo, which is held in Rockhampton every three years, was a fantastic opportunity to connect with the public.
"CQ TAFE had the honour this year of representing TAFE Queensland at the Beef Australia 2009 event, an event which attracted more then 60,000 visitors from across Australia and the world," Mr Coll said.
The CQ TAFE site was manned by many staff from Customer Service, Marketing and Communications and even a few Educational Program Managers and Director's of Study.
"Property and Operations staff made sure everyone got to and from the event for their shifts and it was truly a cast of thousands who made the event the success that it was."
Mr Coll said there were numerous enquiries from the public about courses and programs at the Institute.
