Central Queensland has the capacity to draw upon resources consisting of human, financial, as well as physical facilities and equipment.
Training needs identified
Central Queensland Institute of TAFE will conduct a process called a 'skills audit and training needs analysis' to assess the level of skills within your organisation. A skills audit is a process where skills held by employees are identified and compared with skills required now and in the future so that the skill shortfall or surplus can be determined. This skill shortfall forms the basis of a Training Need Analysis (TNA) so that the company can reach the desired skill base amongst its employees. Using the results from a TNA with help define your training requirements and to plan and develop programs to better suit your needs.
