Government funded programs
Fully funded by the Australian Government, Central Queensland Institute of TAFE is offering a range of courses, programs and qualifications under this initiative.
Tuition-free childcare courses
Funding is available to prospective new workers in the industry as well as existing childcare workers looking to upgrade or obtain additional qualifications.
Indigenous and South Sea Islander Programs
These programs provides a vital link with local Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander and Australian South Sea Islander communities to facilitate the delivery of culturally appropriate vocational education and training services.
Aged Care
As part of the Australian Government's Building Australia's Future Workforce package, the National Workforce Development Fund (NWDF) allows eligible organisations to apply for funding to support the training of existing and new workers in areas of identified business and workforce development need.
The Federal Government is currently funding dual-qualfication places under the Aged Care Incentive Program for employees currently working in the Aged Care Industry.
