Programs for school students
Vocational Education and Training (VET) in Schools Program
High school students have the opportunity to study through Central Queensland TAFE via a range of training options. Options can include attending TAFE one or two days a week during the school term over one or two years, or some programs can be studied externally.
Prior to enrolling at TAFE, study should be identified in the student's Senior Education and Training (SET) Plan and the student needs to have their LUI (Learning Unique Identifier) number. Students must be at least 15 years of age upon class commencement date to participate in TAFE training.
