How to enrol

When you have selected your program of study you will need to complete the New Student Personal Details form (PDF, 436KB) or the Continuing Student Personal Details form (PDF, 190KB) and bring them to a CQ TAFE Customer Service Centre. Alternatively you may mail or fax them to one of the Customer Service Centres listed below or you may enrol by telephoning the CQ TAFE Customer Contact Centre.
Your assigned Workplace Training Officer must book you into training (Blocks or Day Release) before you can enroll or schedule your flexible learning in the workplace. An Enrolment Selection Form will be given to you either at signup time if enrolling in flexible delivery, or sent to you with your Training Notice for the training you are booked into.
Payment of fees must be made in full at the time of enrolment. We accept cash, cheque, money order, credit card (MasterCard and VISA) and AMEX.
Cheques and money orders should be made payable to CQ TAFE.
If you are unable to pay your fees in full at the time of enrolment you may be able to apply for an instalment plan. Conditions apply.
Mail or bring in your enrolment forms and payment information to a Customer Service Centre to complete your enrolment and secure your place.

For Health Care Card or Pensioner Card Concessions, please ensure that you complete the Centrelink Concession Validation Consent on the Enrolment Selection Form, completing all information as required. If this is not provided prior to enrolment, full fees will apply.
To enrol by telephone (credit card payments only) call the Customer Contact Centre on 1300 CQ TAFE (1300 27 8233) and have your credit card details ready. Our helpful Customer Contact Centre will assist you and operates weekdays from 8am to 5pm.
