Student self service

CQ TAFE students can use the Student Self Service as a quick and simple way to enrol online, view academic history and results, request transcripts, view and update personal details and change passwords.

To Register

  1. Click the TAFE Queensland - Self Service link.
  2. Under the Student Self Service Registration heading click the Click Here link.
  3. Tick the I have a valid email address tick-box.
  4. Click the Next button to begin your registration (you may need to scroll down).
  5. Complete the online registration process answering all questions.
  6. When you have successfully completed your registration, your User ID and Password will be sent to the email address you provided within 10 minutes.
  7. Check your email for User ID and Password. If you did not receive an email, call the Institute Contact Centre on 1300 27 8233 during business hours.

Use student self service

Log on to the Student Self Service website

  1. Ensure you have your User ID and password before you log on.
  2. Under the Log on to the Student Self Service website heading click the TAFE Queensland - Self Service link.
  3. Under the Student Self Service Log On heading click the Click Here link.
  4. Enter your User ID and password
  5. Read the Terms and Conditions provided (click on link to view).
  6. If you accept the terms and conditions, tick the checkbox.
  7. Click Log On.
  8. Under Academics click on Enrol.
  9. Select Continue to enrol (may need to scroll down page).
  10. Enter your delivery package number.
  11. Select Next to continue the enrolment process.
  12. Complete the enrolment process.
    (NOTE: to be fully enrolled you need to pay all fees).
  13. Save or print your confirmation of enrolment and receipt.

Update your personal details

  1. Click the TAFE Queensland - Self Service link.
  2. Under Student Centre refer to Personal Information area to update
  3. Click on the relevant information to update accordingly.
  4. Simply add or remove any details and select the Save button.

Change your password

  1. Click the TAFE Queensland - Self Service link.
  2. Under Menu click the Change Password link.
  3. Enter your User ID.
  4. Enter your current password.
  5. Enter your new password twice.
  6. If you accept the Terms and Conditions, tick the checkbox to accept.
  7. Click Next.

Forgotten your password

  1. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password.
  2. Click the TAFE Queensland - Self Service link.
  3. Under Menu click the Forgotten Password link.

Enter your details and click Next.
